Divorce Recovery Workbook: Safety, Grief, Anger & Rebuilding
Divorce is not just an ending — it’s a full-body experience.
This workbook was created for those navigating the emotional aftermath of divorce who want structure, grounding, and clarity without being rushed, fixed, or told to “move on.”
It is designed to help you stabilize your nervous system, process grief and anger, and begin rebuilding your identity and life with intention.
What This Workbook Supports
This guided workbook walks you through a thoughtful, paced process to help you:
- Establish nervous system safety after relational rupture
- Understand and regulate emotional overwhelm
- Work with grief and anger without suppressing or exploding
- Navigate identity collapse and rebuild from a grounded place
- Reflect on patterns, attachment, and self-trust
- Clarify what you want moving forward — in life and in relationships
This is not a journal with prompts alone.
It is a structured companion for a very tender season.

- Independently and at your own pace
- Alongside coaching or other support

- You are navigating divorce or life after divorce
- You feel emotionally overwhelmed, numb, angry, or disoriented

This workbook may not be appropriate if you are in acute crisis or need immediate mental health support.
What This Workbook Is Not

It is a self-guided healing resource meant to support — not replace — professional care when needed.
